We are hiring new dispatchers for our residential HVAC division.
The Kalos residential service division is large and takes a high volume of service calls. So, we are looking for a dispatcher who can assign our techs to jobs promptly and fairly. A dispatcher must have organization skills and strong people skills to solve problems and make compromises. Dispatchers must be mindful of who they assign to jobs on holidays, weekends, and for how many hours to make sure our techs have balanced opportunities.

Division Manager
We are currently considering applicants who live within 40 miles of the Kalos office in Clermont, FL.
$15-20 per hour
Daily commute to the office building
Dispatchers work from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Overtime is possible but minimal when it does happen. Weekend work is not expected.
18 years or older
Clean criminal record
Drug-free
Basic computer literacy (able to log into and navigate websites, assign tasks, and communicate online)
Must be able to communicate clearly in English (bi-lingual is a plus)
Superior organization and scheduling skills
Customer service and general problem-solving skills
Previous dispatch experience preferred
High personal integrity
Must be able to be honest, no matter what
Positive attitude
Willing to learn our administrative processes
Ability to delegate tasks fairly without showing favoritism
The best dispatchers know how to balance time and resources, as they’re in charge of scheduling. While they balance time and resources, they must treat the technicians and installers fairly and look for solutions that benefit everyone. Some digital proficiency is expected, and although we don’t expect dispatchers to be familiar with our program immediately, we want to see that dispatchers are willing to learn about our administrative procedures.
